Three persons have been killed in a snowstorm late Monday night at Khooni Nalah area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Locals form Kupwra told The Kashmiriyat that a group of people on way from Kupwara to Karnah when a snow storm hit the area, trapping them in the area near Khooni Nalah.
Two who managed to escape from the spot informed the Police who rushed to the spot and found three people dead.

The deceased persons have been identified as Abdul Khaliq Sheikh aged 40, Tahir Younis Khawaja aged 22 and Fareed Ahmad, 25 all residents of Karnah.
