Amid a low voter turnout in South Kashmir’s Pulwama and Shopian district, three votes have been polled out of 3895 votes in 5 Polling stations in Balpora area of Shopian.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that only 3 votes polled out of 3895 in 5 polling stations set in Army Goodwill School Balpora Shopian at 10:15 am.
Meanwhile 400 votes were polled out of 6318 in Khrew area of Pampore in South Kashmir.
Clashes have been reported from various areas of the twin districts, amid a complete ban on Mobile internet services in the entire South Kashmir.
