812 votes polled have been polled out of 2322 in Shadab Karewa area of Shopian till 11:10 AM, amid a low voter turnout in the district.
Unlike most of the areas in the district, large queues of voters were seen here coming to cast their votes, defying the Militant posters and boycott calls.
Meanwhile in the various assembly segments of the twin districts the polling percentage recorded stood at 0.95 Percent.
In the six assembly segments the polling percentage recorded was, Tral 0.41% Pampore 2.68% Pulwama. 0.33% Rajpora 0.28% Wachi. 0.29% Shopian. 1.86%.
