A 40-year lady died on Tuesday due to electrocution at her home in Damhal village in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a woman was engaged in some household chores, when she received a high volt electrical shock, leading to her on spot death.
The deceased woman has been identified as Masrat Jan, wife of Irshad Ahmed Wani, a resident of Damhal in Anantnag.
