A 48-year-old man was killed after being hit by a speedy car at Lalad area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Friday morning a speedy vehicle bearing registration number JK15A-3006 hit a pedestrian resulting in his on spot death.
The Police officials identified the deceased as Abdul Rashid Ganaie, son of Late Muhammad Sultan Ganaie, who was a resident of of Lalad area in Sopore.
Police said that the driver of the car has been arrested and a case has been registered in this regrad at Police Station Tarzoo Sopore.
