Five teachers were suspended on Tuesday for absence from their school in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that during a surprise visit, five teachers identified as Shabir Ahmad Bhat, Mohammed Ashraf Sheikh, Riyaz and Bashir Ahmed were suspended from Government Boys Middle School in Behki Margoona area in Ganderbal.
They said that the headmaster of the school Firdous Ahmed Shah was also found absent and hence suspended.
The five teachers have been placed under suspension immediately till further orders, Sources told The kashmiriyat.
