A 5-year-old boy was killed after allegedly being hit by a school bus in Dawood Pora in Brah area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday, officials said.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that a 5-year-old boy named Tameem Bhat son of Bilal Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Khul area was mowed down by a school bus while he was crossing the road on Wednesday morning.
“We have complained several times about over speeding. the issue remains unresolved because of which today, we lost our child,” a relative of the deceased boy said.
Speaking to The Kashmiriyat he demanded action against the erring drivers.
