A six-year-old boy was mauled to death by a leopard at Manzgam area of Damhal Hanjipora in Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday evening.
A Police official confirming the death to The Kashmiriyat said that a boy namely Uman Farooq Baba, son of Farooq Ahmad Baba, was attacked by a leopard in the Mazngam area late on Tuesday evening.
“The screams of the boy attracted the attention of the people around, and they rushed to the spot and retrieved the boy from clutches of the leopard in critical conditions>:
Uman was rushed to the nearby Primary Health Centre (PHC) where doctors declared him brought dead.
