A minor boy was killed in a leopard attack in the Golipora Rajwara area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that on Sunday, a boy aged 7 was playing outside his home when a man-eater wild animal attacked him and left him critically wounded in the nearby forest area.
The boy later succumbed to his injuries, they said, while identifying the boy as Yasir Bashir son of Bashir Ahmed, a resident of Golipora Rajwar in Handwara.
