70-year-old man dies after falling from slab of his house in Shopian

A man died after falling from a slab in the Wachi area of South Kashmir’s Zainapora in Shopian district.

An official told The Kashmiriyat that Mohammad Abdullah, 70, son of Abdul Jabbar, fell from the slab of his house on Saturday morning after which he was rushed to the nearby hospital.

Mohammed Abdullah was rushed to the nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead, he said.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the matter.
