Teenager stabbed in Trehgam, Kupwara

A 16-year-old boy was injured in a stabbing incident on Tuesday evening in the Trehgam area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

According to an official, the boy, a resident of Trehgam, was attacked by another local youth under unknown circumstances.

“The attack appears to have occurred for reasons that are yet to be determined,” the official stated.

The victim sustained injuries and was quickly transported to the PHC in Trehgam for medical attention.
