Dead bodies of five slain Militants have been recovered from the encounter site in Dangerpora area of Kelam in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
An Army official told The Kashmiriyat that five dead bodies were recovered from the encounter site on Sunday noon.
He said however the search operations are going on.

He said that in the early hours of Sunday, the forces laid a siege around Kelam area after receiving inputs about Militant presence in the area.
“Around 5:30 am, the holed up Militants opened fire on Forces, triggering a gunfight,” he told The Kashmiriyat.
In the ensuing gunfight, five Militants have been killed.
He said that the Militants are unidentified as of now, however they are likely locals.
