“One of the doctors came during the night and checked only a single patient, which probably was his relative,” the family member told The Kashmiriyat.
He said that Akram died of immense pain and the hospital authorities are solely to be blamed for his death.
“The death of Akram angered his family and they hurled fire pots (Kangris) upon the hospital officials,” Eyewitnesses told The Kashmiriyat.
Demanding action against the hospital officials, they asked the higher ups and the Governor to check the CCTV footage and check if any doctors were available in the hospital during the night time.
