Militants on Sunday offered Gun Salute to slain Rouf Bashir Khanday who was killed in a nocturnal Encounter that erupted in South Kashmir’s Shopian District, Locals told The Kashmiriyat.
Official sources confirmed the firing incident to The Kashmiriyat.
“We cannot confirm if the firing was a Gun salute or not,” the official said.
The firing incident happened in Watnad area of Kokernag area of the Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
