The preliminary examination which is the first stage of the prestigious Civil Service Examination (CSE) was initially scheduled for 31 May. But, the UPSC 2020 aspirants are not happy with this decision and call it ‘unjust’ and ‘unfair’ move as UPSC has decided to go ahead with conducting the examination in October.
