Four Arrested With Grenades in Shopian, Says Police

The Government forces on Wednesday claimed to have recovered four grenades and hundred rounds of AK-47 in Shopian Dsitrict of South Kashmir.

An official told The Kashmiriyat that four persons were detained in Shopian district of South Kashmir.

They have been identified as Imitiyaz Ahmad Dar, a resident of Ratnipora in Pulwama, Parvaiz Ahmad and Sajad Ahmad Dhobi, residents of Pinjora in Shopian and and Shahid Manzoor of Hilow area in Shopian’s Imam Sahib.

The official said that an investigation under the FIR 191/2020 under section 7/25, 18,39 ULA and 307 IPC has been launched against the detained.
