This package will be in addition to the measures taken by the self-reliant India and Jammu Kashmir administration.
According to news agency ANI, Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha said, “We have decided to give a 5 percent interest rebate to every Borrower belonging to the business community unconditionally in the current financial year. This facility will be for 6 months.
This will provide a big relief to the traders and will help in creating employment in the state. ” LG Manoj Sinha of Jammu Kashmir said, “50 percent discount will be given in electricity and water bills for one year. Also in case of all borrowers, stamp duty is exempted till March 2021.
” The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu Kashmir said that under the credit card scheme, it has been decided to increase the maximum limit for people working in the handloom and handicrafts industry from Rs. One lakh to Rs. Two lakh. They will also be given seven percent interest subvention (interest rebate). From October 1, Jammu Kashmir Bank will also start a special desk for young entrepreneurs.
