The Indian Army 18 Rashtriya Rifles organized an Athletic Meet for the youth of Chattargul in Anantnag.
As per an official press release, the Indian Army said, Over 90 spirited youth took part in various athletic events like High Jump & 100m Sprint.
Youth cheered for each other & wished for more such events.
It is pertinent to mention that 18RR from the day first started events for the locals of Anantnag district which people appreciated especially the kids and their parents.
Last week the same Army started interactive session with the veterans which was carried out by at Ranipora.
A total of 15 Ex-Servicemen took part in that interaction.
The event began with the wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial followed by a detailed interaction with the Ex-Servicemen.
