The father of slain advocate, Babar Jan Qadri who was murdered by unknown gunmen on 24 September this year has said that he will follow the case of his murder and make sure the case is taken to its final conclusion.
Taking to the Facebook of Babar Qadri, his father said wrote, “I am the father of Late Advocate Babar Jan Qadri. My Son was assassinated in my compound in the evening on the 24th of September 2020.”
He further wrote, “Today is the 29th of November 2020, exactly, it has been 2 months since my son was murdered by the hired assassins. In these two months, I have not given any statements regarding the assassination of Advocate Syed Babar Jan Qadri as I had good faith in the Police, especially in the SIT members who were constituted to probe.”
Also, back in my mind, I thought Babar Qadri was an internationally renowned name, whose name echoed in UNO and in the parliaments of different countries, so I should give investigation agencies their space to investigate, he said.
However, today very few tried and true colleagues of my son informed me that the assassins were produced in the court and were enjoying the time lavishly there.
“I was very much disheartened when I came to know the Policemen and the families of the assassins have arranged tea and cigarettes for the killers. Henceforth, I have decided to follow the case and make sure the case is taken to its final conclusion,” his father wrote.
