The Locals of Wani Mohallah Locality in Khudwani area of Quimoh Tehsil in South kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday accused the Government Forces of vandalization in the area.
A local while speaking to The Kashmiriyat said that the forces threw stones on the windows of houses breaking glasses after they failed to find anything in the area during a search operation.
The Government Forces including 1 RR had launched a Cordon and search operation in the area, Clashes soon erupted as hundreds of youth hit the streets.

“Shouting Pro Freedom and Pro Militancy slogans, the youth threw stones on Forces who responded with tear smoke and pellet firing,” a local from Khudwani told The Kashmiriyat.
The locals alleged that the forces vandalized property in the area and broke the doors and windows of many houses during the CASO.
