The Government Forces on Thursday afternoon launched a massive cordon and search operation (CASO) in the Gofbal area of Quimoh in Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Sources informed The Kashmiriyat a joint team of Army, CRPF, and Search operation group (SOG) of Jammu Kashmir Police conducted searches in the Gofbal area of Quimoh and sealed all entry and exit points of the area.
Following inputs about the militant movement, a joint team of Army, SOG of J&K Police and CRPF launched search operations in the area.
Meanwhile searches in the area were going on when this report was being filed.
Pertinently, days before militants attacked forces party in this town, killing four people including two cops and two civilians.
