A delivery boy was critically wounded in a road accident in the Harnag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Eyewitnesses told The Kashmiriyat that a scooty rider riding the vehicle number JK03D 9807 was hit by a truck near the Harnag area on Tuesday afternoon, resulting in injuries to the scooty rider.
The injured was immediately rushed to the hospital, where his condition is stated to be critical.
A hospital official upon being contacted said that the condition of Shabir Ahmed who is a resident of Utersoo area in Shangus is very serious.
Speaking to The Kashmiriyat, a police official confirmed the incident and said that a team of Jammu Kashmir Police has reached the spot.
“We are ascertaining the details,” the official said.
