A man died on Thursday after being allegedly hit by a tractor at Damhal Hanjiora area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that Javid Ahmed Ganie (35) son of Abdul Qudoos Ganie of Chachamulla Damhal Hanjipora was hit by a tractor on Thursday afternoon, resulting into serious injuries to Javid.
Javid was rushed to a nearby hospital soon, however, he was declared brought dead on arrival.
The official said that a case under relevant sections has been registered in this regard and further investigations into the incident initiated.
