The Rashtriya Bajrang Dal staged protest in Jammu against former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, who is on a visit to the areas of Pir Panjal from past several days.
The protesters raised the slogans like “Go Back Go Back, Mehbooba Mufti Go Back” alleging that, despite issuing Pro-Taliban and Pro-China statements, the former Chief Minister is roaming freely.
“We several times appealed the Government to book her as the space for politicians like her is in Tihar Jail”, the right-wing protesters said.
They accused Mehbooba Mufti of playing a dual policy and using dual narratives, one in Jammu and the other for the people of Kashmir.
“She is provoking the people of Kashmir valley towards Militancy by giving wrong statements, we also demanded not to allow her to visit Jammu”, Bajrang Dal Protesters alleged as they set ablaze the effigies of Mehbooba Mufti.
“We want to tell her (Mehbooba Mufti), if she wants to continue politics, she should do it with slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” they said.
