A fawn was captured alive in Dandipora Larnoo village in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday morning, a Wildlife Department official said.
The official told that the Department received information about sight of a fawn at Dandipora Larnoo earlier in the day from some locals. Soon after receiving the information, operation was accordingly planned and the fawn was captured.
The fawn will be later on released into its natural habitat at Aru Phalgam, the official further said.
