A man was shot at by unknown gunmen in Bohri Kadal area of Srinagar district on Monday evening.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a man identified as Mohammed Ibrahim Khan Son of Ghulam Mohammed Khan, a resident of Ashtangu Ghat Bandipora was injured critically after unknown person fired upon him.
As per initial reports, the man has been rushed to the hospital, where his condition is stated to be critical.
Ibrahim was working as a shopkeeper in the Zainakadal area of downtown area in Srinagar.
Officials at SMHS speaking to The Kashmiriyat stated his condition to be critical. “He has been hit with bullet in his abdomen and chest,” the official said.
He succumbed to his injuries in the SMHS Hospital of Srinagar.
