The Encounter in Kulgam’s Redwani Bala area has concluded with the killing of the militants on Thursday morning.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the slain were residents of Kulgam district and both of them had joined TRF earlier his year.
As per the Sources, the slain Adil Ahmad Shan son of Mohammed Yousuf Shan, a resident of Kulgam had joined militancy on 02 October 2021.
The second militant was identified as Amir Ahmad Dar son of Bashir Ahmed Dar, a resident of the Kujjar area in Kulgam and was active since 25 April 2021.
However, police officials are yet to confirm the identity of the slain militants killed during the encounter.
Meanwhile, Locals told The Kashmiriyat that one residential house was damaged during the encounter and internet services have been suspended in the area.
