An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that at least six doctors have been tested positive for COVID-19 today. “The affected doctors might have contracted virus while examining the patients at the hospital,” he said.
Notably, Sopore has reported nearly 500 positive cases within a week’s time, including 15 Municipal Council officials.
Earlier, 42 doctors and paramedics of Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar and its associated hospitals have tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday.
