New ‘Bus-Adda’ to come up in Anantnag

The Municipal Council of Anantnag on Sunday laid the foundation of a new ‘Bus-Adda’ in Anantnag’s Ashajipora area in a bid to “decongest” the South Kashmir township.

Chairman Municipal council Hilal Ahmed Shah laid the foundation stone of the Bus-Adda in Ward 24 at Ashajipora in presence of councilor, Aamir Fayaz Reshi and the other officials of MC Anantnag.

“The Bus-Adda is being constructed to decongest the main town of Anantnag, which has a lot of traffic otherwise.

The new stand will reduce the traffic jams by about 50 per cent in the town,” Amir Fayaz Reshi told The Kashmiriyat.
