The Dooru and Verinag areas are observing a complete shutdown on Saturday against the killing of a Local Militant, Asif Ahmed Malik on Thursday in a gunfight with Government Forces.
Locals informed The Kashmiriyat that the area is observing a shutdown for the third consecutive day to mourn the killing of a local Militant as Shops, Business establishments are shut and streets are heavily deserted.
They said that hundreds of people are visiting the house of the slain to express solidarity with the family members of Asif Malik.
