Clashes between protesters and government forces erupted near gunfight site in Dar Ganie Mohalla area of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district where a gunfight between militants and forces is underway.
Gunfight is on as one Militant has been killed at the site of encounter, official sources told The Kashmiriyat.

A Local told The Kashmiriyat that scores of protesters including women assembled and pelted stones on forces who responded to immense tear smoke shelling.
Announcements are being made on loudspeakers in the mosques asking others to come out and help the trapped Militants escape, a local told The Kashmiriyat.
People in large numbers from adjacent areas are trying marching towards the encounter site.
