An unknown male body was recovered in SMHS hospital in central Kashmir Srinagar district on Saturday afternoon officials said.
They told local news agency KNA that, some locals spotted the body lying in paddy fields in SMHS and accordingly informed the concerned police station.
A police team rushed to the spot and have taken the body in their possession, they said.
A police official confirming KNA the recovery of the body said that necessary medical and legal formalities are underway. (KNA)
