A massive fire broke out in a residential house in the Indira Nagar area of Srinagar district.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that on Tuesday morning, fire broke out in a two story residential house at Indira Nagar area.
Immediately after the fire started, the fire tenders were rushed to the spot to bring the fire under control, they said.
The fire damaged the first floor of the building, however, has been brought under control now, locals said.
They said that nobody was injured during the incident and the cause of fire is yet to be ascertained.
