A Sea of people has gathered in South Kashmir’s Shopian District on Sunday to offer Funeral prayers of 7 Militants Killed in Sugan Encounter.
People from all over South Kashmir from as far as Islamabad (Anantnag) and Kulgam reached the Shopian areas to offer the funeral prayers.
Five Round of Funeral prayers were Held for Slain Yawar, a resident of Safanagri in Shopian district, participants told The Kashmiriyat.
Thousands of people also attended the three rounds of funeral prayers of Adil Ahmed Thoker and Nazim Ahmed Dar in Humhona and Urpora Nagbal area of South kashmir’s Shopian.
Men and Women in large numbers chanting Pro Freedom and Pro Militant Slogans gathered to bid farewell to the Militants.
People in large numbers also gathered at Trenz to bid adieu to the slain Militant Ubaid Ahmed Malla.
The Funeral of Slain Zubair Ahmed turray will be offered shortly in Shopian’s Eid Gah.
Seven Militants had been killed in the encounter that erupted early morning on Sunday in Sugan area of South Kashmir’s Shopian District.
