Jammu Kashmir Police on Wednesday said to have registered a case under relevant sections against a departmental store for selling sub-standard baby milk here.
Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter, Srinagar Police, as per GNS wrote; “Case registered against 7/11 department store, Sanatnagar for selling sub-standard/adulterated milk for baby leading to the deterioration of the health of the baby.”
“FIR no 48/23 under sections 273,274,275,276,420 of IPC registered in Sadar PS & investigation has started”, concludes the tweet. (GNS)
