A man from Srinagar has been accused of sexually harassing his minor relative after which Police has arrested him.
An official said that Police on Thursday arrested a 48-year-old man for allegedly sexually harassing 13-year-old female relative in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.
He said that the accused identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Khan (48 Yrs), a resident of Chanapora was arrested on the charges of sexually harassing his 13-year-old female relativein the central Kashmir district.
FIR 40/ 2023 in POCSO act registered at Chanpora Police Station, the official said.
This is the third such incident reported from Kashmir valley during the past 24 hours.
On Wednesday, One Arabic teacher in Holy Faith School, Rawalpora namely Satar Beigh (42) R/o Gurez, Bandipora was arrested for molesting & sexually assaulting two minor girl students of class 4th & 5th in school.
In Kreeri Baramulla, Police arrested a man accused of sexual Molestation of a minor boy.
