INDIA gathers in Mumbai, Amalgam likely to expand more

The opposition’s Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) bloc of 28 political parties reached Mumbai on Thursday to participate in the third conclave for next year’s Lok Sabha elections.

As per news reports, as many as 63 representatives from 28 parties are participating in the meeting being held in Mumbai.

The agenda of the third meeting includes unveiling the logo, appointment of coordinators, and finalizing the formal structure and architecture of the grouping.

The bloc’s earlier meetings were held in June and July.

Thursday’s meeting is expected to have many new developments including its potential expansion.
