A residential house and a cow shed were completely damaged in a midnight fire incident in Oriel Yad Nag kund village of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Local said that a fire broke out in the house of Mohammad Ashraf Chawan, a resident of Oriel YadNag, on Wednesday midnight, which completely burnt down the house.
He said that the residential house was damaged, and the fire was brought under control with the timely intervention of local people.
According to reports, the cause of the fire could not be immediately known. Residents said that the victim Muhammad Ashraf Chawan lost everything in the fire incident.
He said that ‘the matter should reach the higher authorities so that this poor man can get compensation because the fire incident left him nothing’.
