The Jammu Kashmir government by next month is going to publish names of more than 500 people who have derived benefits from the alleged Roshni Act scam.
Sources said that the names of former Ministers, Bureaucrats and prominent businessmen will appear in the beneficiary list.
The Jammu Kashmir High Court has directed the administration to upload on the official website a list of all encroachers, including influential persons, on government land.
The court said the revenue secretary and the divisional commissioners would be held liable for contempt of court if the directions did not comply.
