A CRPF Personnel fired shots in the air to disperse protesters in Damhal Hanjipora area of Southern Kashmir’s Kulgam District on Monday.
The Protesters gathered outside of a Local Assembly member and tried to march towards his house, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
However the troopers deployed fired in the air to disperse the protesters.
Meanwhile Separatist leadership has called for a shutdown on Tuesday to mourn the killings of Militants and civilians.
The Hurriyat has also said that it will march to Shopian on Wednesday to express solidarity with the Shopian people.
Rail services and Educational Institutes will also remain shut tomorrow as a precautionary measure.
