The Government Forces on Tuesday resorted to massive tear smoke shelling in Dialgam area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
Eyewitnesses told The Kashmiriyat that clashes began in the area when youth threw stones on troopers deployed in the area.
As Soon as more youth joined the protests, the troopers fired aerial shots and tear smoke shells to disperse the protesters, Eyewitnesses said.
The Clashes were going on when this report was filed.
The Police however refuted the reports of Aerial firing and said no such incident of firing took place in the locality.
