Few days after a goat was gang-raped in Mewat district of Haryana, another rape case was reported where a cow was allegedly raped in Madhya Pradesh.
“When a local businessman was returning home on Friday night, he saw the suspected man engaging in unnatural sex with the cow.The accused was identified as Chotte Khan.
The incident happened near the village’s temple. According to a web portal, My Nation, the eye-witness, named Mahesh Aggarwal, claimed that when he saw the accused indulging in an unnatural sex with the cow, he hurled abuses at him and he also claimed more men were standing next to the prime suspect witnessing his brutality.
Many villagers assembled near the main bus stand of the area and blocked vehicular traffic. The police officials arrived and tried to disperse the crowd. They promised the villagers that action would be taken against the accused after police investigation
The police have arrested Chotte Khan and a complaint has been registered against him under the Section 295 (defiling place of worship with intent to insult religion) and Section 377 (Sexual contact against order of nature) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
