At least 30 Youth have been picked from the Pulwama District of South Kashmir ahead of the Urban Local Bodies Elections scheduled to start from 08 October.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that at thirty youth have been picked up during nocturnal raids conducted in Pulwama localities including Muran, Drabgam, Tral, Karimabad and Main town Pulwama.

At least five youths including Mohammed Amir Wani, Showkat Ahmed Bhat, Imran Ahmed Wani, Syed Tajamul residents of Drubgam in Pulwama area were picked up during nocturnal raids in the area.
Meanwhile the Police also conducted Nocturnal raids in several Pulwama areas ahead of the polls that will be held in four phases.
All shops and business establishments, schools and colleges remained closed in Tral town on Thursday remained closed against slapping of PSA on a shopkeeper Hilal Ahmad Dhobi.
