The Jammu Kashmir Police on Saturday morning detained a person after he tried to hoist tricolor at Srinagar’s Lal chowk.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Deepak Sharma from Haryana, an affiliate of Akali Dal was detained by Police when he was trying to hoist an Indian tri colour flag in lal Chowk.
Deepak has been shifted to nearby Kothibagh police station.
