On Wednesday, two Kashmiri journalists Majid Maqbool and Syed Shahriyar won RedInk Awards 2021 by the Mumbai Press Club in two different categories.
It is pertinent to mention that multimedia journalist Syed Shahriyar won in the Human Rights category for his story: ‘My Life in Kashmir’- A Year Since the Abrogation of Article 370 for The Quint. Syed Shahriyar and Tridip Kanti Mandal were the joint winners in the category.
Meanwhile, journalists Mahtab Alam and Majid Maqbool were the joint winners of RedInk Awards 2021 for the category of The Arts.
