Another Jammu Youth has Likely Joined Militancy

Youth from Jammu region are also joining Militancy now and at a fast pace, On Tuesday, a case of another Doda man being a Militant has come to light.

This is the second case of of a youth joining Militancy in Doda in less than four days. Earlier, Doda’s Haroon Abbas Wani was confirmed to have joined the Militants.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 32-year-old Masood son Abdul Ghani Butt, who lives in Manjami area under Bhagwa tehsil in District Doda has joined Militancy.

As per sources, Masood had disappeared on 25th August, His brother had crossed LOC in 1992 into Pakistan to get training.

A Police official posted in the area said that investigations are going on. “Only after the investigation is complete, anything can be said,” he said.

Meanwhile a photo of Masood claiming that he has not joined Hizb ul Mujahideen is being widely circulated on Social Media. (The Kashmiriyat)
