The Shahgund Army Camp laid the foundation of an Islamic theme based room at Shahgund COB in North Kashmi’s Baramulla District.
The Indian Army in a press release said that the event unfolded in traditional Islamic way guided by the top spiritual leaders of the region.
The function included the afternoon Namaaz followed by Felicitation ceremony where in 20 students of Dar-ul-Ulom, Shahgund were gifted with stationary & Sports kit for their academic excellence.
They said that the event concluded with the interaction between the Indian Army and the locals.
