An army man of 19 RR identified as Happy Singh who was injured critically in a gunfight at Dooru area of Islamabad (Anantnag) in south Kashmir succumbed to injuries in the Military Hospital in Srinagar
Officials confirmed to The Kashmiriyat that the Army man had been critically injured during the gunfight at Dalwach area of Dooru.
The officer said that the critically wounded soldier Happy Singh succumbed to injuries.
Earlier, a militant identified as Asif Malik was killed during the gunfight while as some Militants reportedly managed to escape.
