The army Major who was injured critically wounded last night when he slipped into a deep gorge in Kumkadi forests in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district has succumbed to injuries.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the Army Major namely Vikash Singh of 57 RR of Indian Army, succumbed to his injuries on Sunday afternoon, he was injured after he slipped into the gorge in North Kashmir’s Kupwara District.
The officer was initially taken to military hospital Drugmulla from where he was referred to 92 base hospital Badamibagh Srinagar, where he succumbed on Sunday afternoon.
