Army trooper injured as his Rifle goes off in Kulgam’s Behibagh camp

A trooper of the Indian Army was injured after his service rifle accidentally went off in south Kashmir on Tuesday morning.

An official told The Kashmiriyat that a trooper posted with 34 RR of Indian Army station at Behbagh Kulgam was injured when he was cleaning his rifle and it accidentally went off in the Behbagh camp.

Identified as Vishnu, the trooper was immediately rushed to Army’s 92 base hospital for treatment, they said.
